Welcome!
As therapists who are also parents, we understand there is nothing that causes greater worry and more sleepless nights than a concern about your child’s health or well-being.
Through evaluation we help families better understand their child’s strengths and developmental, behavioral, or learning challenges. By seeking to understand both strengths and challenges, we can partner to establish therapeutic plans at home and school that capitalize on your child’s strengths in order to effectively address challenges.
Through counseling, we work with children, adolescents, adults, and families using evidence-based therapeutic practices. Depression, anxiety, social skills deficits, and behavioral challenges are common concerns for our child and adolescent clients. Our work with adults centers on parenting issues, women’s issues, and establishing effective life balance in the face of daily challenges.
